' The Vaults' restaurant and family club in original 1890 underground officers mess & quartermasters store . relax in this unique setting where there is something for all. We have family entertainment in the main club during the holiday season. Family friendly restaurant in the vaulted chambers, and yes! it is haunted ! The' Boat Bar ' a quiet snug with a distinct seafaring ambience with 3 flatscreen tv's for children's films and live sport.
The 'Beaches Café (open early morning to early evening) offers a snack menu including breakfasts, paninis, beverages, milk shakes and soft drinks. Here you can also shop for newspapers, bread, milk, confectionery, ice creams and a range of other holiday products. If you want to keep in touch, the Beaches Café doubles as an internet café with PC’s available and wifi access.
For those active guests there is an INDOOR swimming pool and kiddies pool available all year round . The complex also has a sauna / laundrette / mini-gym / table tennis / sun terrace/ family changing rooms and showers

We have organised tours of the monument which include newly accessible underground ammunition rooms and tunnels, which have been closed for over 50 years!
